DR. EP
MISSION
Turning e-waste into better cancer care.
THE PROBLEM
This organization needed a website that could communicate its mission in a more personal, engaging, and human-centered way. The original website was largely AI-generated, which made it difficult to establish an authentic connection with visitors and convey the emotional impact behind the initiative. The goal was to create a stronger digital presence that would help people understand how electronic waste could be transformed into meaningful support for cancer patients and families facing financial challenges.
THE QUESTION
How might we create a website that makes the connection between e-waste recycling and better cancer care easy to understand, while communicating the organization's mission in a way that feels genuine, approachable, and meaningful?
THE SOLUTION
I focused on building a clean, welcoming, and more human-centered website that brings the organization's mission to life. Through simple language, approachable illustrations, and a clear visual structure, I wanted to make the initiative feel accessible while helping visitors understand how their contributions could make a difference.
Although the website is still evolving as the organization grows, with testimonials, photography, and additional content yet to come, the foundation is in place. The design establishes a clear direction and creates room for the organization to build a stronger story as more real experiences and impact are shared.
